Hello! We are two 30-year-old girls looking for a third person to share a flat.
The room is exterior, very spacious and bright. It is rented with a separate dressing room and the possibility of purchasing the basic furniture (bed base, bed, table, chair, shelves, wardrobe and chest of drawers) for 280 everything or buying them separately.
The monthly rent is 600 with expenses included (internet, gas, water and electricity bills and common expenses). The deposit is one month.
We consider ourselves friendly and sociable people, who like there to be a good vibe at home. We are looking for someone who shares this lifestyle, while being responsible, who gets involved in common tasks.
During the week we work so we have a slower pace, although there are always excuses to have a quick drink 🙃ðŸ¤. On the weekends we love making plans, concerts, flea markets... whatever comes to mind.
