I live alone in a flat with two exterior double rooms and 2 full bathrooms. I'm renting out one of the rooms with a private bathroom to cover my expenses. I'd appreciate it if it were someone who works and values peace and quiet.
I'm not in the flat much at the moment (about 3 days a week), so whoever comes will have the common areas practically to themselves.
The room that's left available is a double but it's NOT furnished (although it appears furnished in the photos, it's empty).
IMPORTANT! It's a second floor flat without a lift, but it's very bright and has a small terrace upstairs shared with the neighbours below. It's an old building with two neighbours.
The rent is €550 with gas, electricity and water costs extra (about €50-60 per month).
