Hello! We are students aged 19 and 21.
We are looking for a third roommate, a student, to join us this month, we are looking for someone responsible, sociable but calm and not very noisy. It is essential that you are very clean and tidy (if you do not meet this requirement we will not accept), this is essential.
The flat is located in the La Palomera area, just 15 minutes walk from the university and 10 minutes from the centre.
We are two female students and we have a very good and affectionate cat.
The room we offer is large, furnished and has interior views.
The rent is 180 euros per month. Additional costs depend on the month, but are usually around 30 euros each. In the colder months, costs may be higher due to heating.
