The rental gives access to the room equipped with a microwave with grill and refrigerator, a common study/work space and the bathroom. The rest of the house is for my personal use (there is no access to the kitchen).
I am offering a room for a girl/lady with a single bed, wardrobe, shelves, fan, mini-fridge, microwave with access to a work area with a desk (common access area).
I am looking for a calm, tidy girl who will take care of the cleanliness of the common spaces.
