Room for a female master's or final year student in a central 3-bedroom apartment. **WHATSAPP ONLY**
Next to the Fuente Nueva Campus and faculties in the city center, fully equipped and furnished. Community fees included in the price, consumption (electricity, water + internet) at the tenants' expense. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is rented in its entirety, not individual rooms. An official contract is signed until the end of the course (June included) with the 3 tenants and a 1 month deposit is required (for the Junta de Andalucía) + a reservation of € 100 per person for the owner.
