Rooms for rent in a spacious duplex located on Calle Brasil, 2 minutes walk from the UCAM in Cartagena.
The house consists of an upper floor, where the bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower are located, and a main floor where we can find a large living room for common use to eat, watch TV, use as a study room or receive some visitors, on the same floor there is also a small bathroom, and the kitchen, which is large and has individual closets for each one, a fridge with an individual space for each tenant; Next to the kitchen is the patio, where the washing machine and dryer are located.
Students are sought, preferably girls, to complete the rooms in the house, aged between 18 and 30 years old, we are looking for people who are nice and friendly, with the intention of creating the best possible living environment for the entire course.
