We are two roommates looking for a third person to share a cozy and quiet apartment next to the natural park (Sant Montjuic - Zona Franca) in Barcelona.
The apartment has:

Room description:
- The room is about 15 m2 with a window and is very bright
- It includes a double bed, a desk, a large closet.
Profile we are looking for:
- Preferably a girl between 25 and 35 years old who works
- A tidy, responsible, and clean person.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, nor are pets.
- And someone who respects the house rules, the quietness of the apartment, and coexistence with the neighbors. Large gatherings and parties are not allowed without consulting the roommates first.
