I'm letting my studio (18m2) with a balcony overlooking the street and a large bedroom (12m2) in a >110m2 apartment in the beautiful historic centre of Badalona for 6 months (in: October - out: March).
The house has heating, high ceilings, 2 bathrooms, a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, etc., etc.
From the house you can see the sea and the sunsets in the Catalan mountains, a dream!
The house is located 5 minutes walk from the Badalona RENFE station and 4 minutes walk from the Pompeu Fabra L2 metro station. In 20 minutes, you'll be in Plaza Cataluña.
You'll share the house with Sebastien, a cool, multilingual Frenchman who works in Barcelona, and Luna, his beautiful 8-year-old dog.
The demonstrable monthly rent (contract) is €700 per person. Fixed costs including internet and cleaning of the common areas of the house are €30. To this are added the variable costs of electricity, water and gas to be divided between the two. See you soon?
