Hello, we have 2 rooms available in a DE CAPRICHO apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and we would like to find two girls who fit into this puzzle of coexistence, friendship and good vibes. We have put a lot of dedication and enthusiasm into this renovation to make it this beautiful, but above all to be able to create a family in the Juan Carlos 1 area (just behind the new Tax Agency building).
Our idea is to create a family atmosphere with sociable people in which there is a lot of positivism, always respecting the space and the roommates, to end up with a good group and that when you arrive at the apartment you feel at home. If you are a girl in her early twenties or early thirties... We have 1 large room with an en-suite bathroom (€450) for 1 person and with a double bed 160x190 (to sleep well comfortably) and 1 slightly smaller room with a bed of 105 x 190 (€390), but super complete.
