Furnished room to start in February, with a south-facing apartment with good views and sunny, equipped kitchen, living room, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 140 cm beds, desk and wardrobe, shared bathroom, we are specialized in Erasmus students.
Rooms with lock, to provide you with more security in your room, our location is exceptional we are 11 minutes walk from the Faculty of Medicine, Valdecilla and 5 minutes by bus from the University of Cantabria.
Rent until June 20.
Deposit of € 500, service costs water and electricity are separate from the price (about € 50 per month for both services), internet is included in the price, couples and pets are not allowed. It is not rented in July and August.

September for the University course, we also show you the room by WhatsApp video call.
It is reserved with € 200, the deposit and monthly payment are paid in September when you enter your room.
