There is also one more for rent, the white room, which is smaller, and at a different price (€280). The first two are furnished with a table, a small table, a bed, a mattress, and a closet/dresser to store clothes.
Of the two bathrooms, the person in the small room would have the small bathroom just for themselves, and the larger one for the other two.
