Hello! I'm looking for a roommate to move in from 10/01/2024.
It's a very large penthouse, with a terrace, office, private bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room. It has an elevator and parking. The room is completely unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is semi-furnished (it has lamps, a sofa, a dining table, patio furniture, etc.; but I need to update the photos). It has air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Despite being in the center, it is very quiet and there is no noise.
It is rented through a real estate agency and a solvency study would have to be passed to be able to enter.
