Description
We are two sisters, aged 22 and 25, and we are looking for two tenants for the two rooms that are free.
The room with white sheets costs 750 euros and the single room 650 euros.
The rooms are for individual use, they have a lock and a key and visitors are not allowed.
A one-month deposit is required and the monthly payments are made in advance on the 1st of each month. Sheets, towels and kitchen utensils are included in the price, but the expenses are metered and divided between the tenants.
It has a washing machine, dishwasher, SMEG oven, microwave oven, BOSCH fridge, balcony and terrace.
The rental is for 5 or 6 months (from 1st February)
