I rent a room to a non-smoking girl in my beautiful home. Ideal if you come for SHORT STAYS, minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months. The room is medium sized and consists of: single bed with new mattress, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, desk, mirror, window overlooking the patio, very well ventilated in the afternoon you have natural light. The price includes internet, water, electricity and gas costs are separate (50 euros). The apartment is very nice, lots of natural light, the rent includes the kitchen, bathroom and dining room. I live here as the owner, I am a very quiet, clean, respectful 40 year old woman. I am looking for someone with similar characteristics and who prioritizes the independent environment.
