I rent a room to a non-smoking girl in my nice home. Ideal if you come for SHORT STAYS, minimum 1 month, maximum 2 months.
The room is medium sized and consists of: single bed with new mattress, chest of drawers, large closet, desk, mirror, window overlooking the patio, it ventilates very well in the afternoon you have natural light.
The price includes internet, water, electricity and gas costs are extra (45 euros).
The apartment is very nice, lots of natural light comes in, the rent includes the kitchen, bathroom and dining room. I live here as I am the owner, I am a 40 year old girl, very calm, clean, respectful and very used to living together.
I am looking for someone with similar characteristics and who prioritizes the independent environment.
