These are the requirements to be accepted upon check-in of this room:
Requirement 1 - Month's Deposit
This will be the equivalent of one month's rent. This amount must be paid when making the reservation and its payment will imply acceptance of all the requirements.
Requirement 2 - Management fees
This is the equivalent of one month's rent. As these contracts are governed by the regulations of the Civil Code and not the Urban Leasing Law (which only legislates on complete housing rentals), the collection of fees by the real estate agency is permitted.
Requirement 3 - Current month
Corresponds to the amount corresponding to the current month and, as such, will include the utilities of the home.
