Hello, I'm Lucía, I'm 28 years old, I'm looking for a roommate.
The house is brand new, with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, which would be mine, and another single bed, which is the one I rent. Since mine is a double bed, I would pay more money each month.
The room would be as you see in the photos, quite spacious, with a desk and flexo to be able to study/work, a closet and a nightstand. The window overlooks the terrace that we would share, where there is a table and two chairs. The terrace has very beautiful views.
House expenses would be shared, only electricity and water because community fees and wifi are already included.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is another small indoor terrace with the washing machine, a handy laundry room and a closet where I keep everything I need to clean.
There is a MERCADONA just below the building, it is a white area to park the car and many bus lines pass by.
