Hello everyone,
I have a beautiful double room available in my cozy apartment, ready for immediate move-in for a single person. The apartment is located in an excellent area of Poblenou, very close to the metro station, La Rambla, shops and the beach. It's practically the best area in Barcelona!
Due to an emergency, I am looking for someone to rent my double room, which has an orthopedic king size bed. The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and I will sleep on the sofa bed. I am looking for a calm, responsible, clean and orderly person like me. As you can see from the photos, the house is immaculate.
Ideally, I am looking for someone who can move in immediately for a month or two. I am a very positive and happy person, with whom you will surely get along well. I speak several languages, I work a lot and I am rarely home except to eat and sleep, since I spend most of my time working, at the gym or on the beach.
