Description
PENTHOUSE WITH TERRACE. Room for rent with balcony, 1.35 bed, ceiling fan with 6 speeds and hot/cold light, closet, desk and gamer chair. Fantastic views in the apartment with all shared common areas (living room, kitchen, terrace, bathroom). There would be 3 of us in total (you can smoke on the terrace or balcony).
EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED (as long as the consumption of water and electricity is not disproportionate and irresponsible). The day-to-day cleaning is done by everyone, but every 15 days we hire deep cleaning for 25 euros on a rotating basis (there would be 3 of us).
At home there is a large TV with prime, Netflix, HBO, 600 megabytes Wi-Fi, kitchen equipped with everything, etc.
We are looking for a responsible person to live with for a long time. We want pleasant coexistence.
