room, nice and bright, fully furnished, expenses included. Well isolated from the outside. Personal things appear in the photos, but obviously it will be delivered empty. The mattress is five feet wide, and made of latex. The light that you see in the photos is what comes in naturally. The area is very quiet, you can't hear any noise in the apartment so it is perfect for students or people looking for tranquility. There are shops of all kinds in the surroundings; mercadona, sorli, consum, condis, lidl, bauhaus, market, neighborhood stores and even a shopping center a 10-minute walk away (Gran VÃa 2). There is also a metro and buses next to the house and parks to walk, leisure areas (skatepark, playgrounds, etc.), and a gym 200 meters away. As for parking, it is a white zone in all the surroundings, so there is no parking problem, and access to the roundabouts is right at the end of the promenade, something very comfortable if you study/work outside of Barcelona or at the other end.
