Room on Avenida Fermosa €550/month (water, electricity and gas included) minimum stay 6 months.
The room is located near the Vistahermosa public school, surrounded by bus stops and shops.
The room located on the first floor is furnished, with a double bed, a large closet and its own balcony.
In the common areas you will find a bathroom shared with the hostess, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a light patio. Smoking people, pets or couples are not allowed.
