2 Rooms for students between 25-30 years old with a friendly retired hostess and other students.
2 rooms are rented in the Santiago de Vigo area for €400/month each room (expenses separate). Minimum stay of 1 year.
The central area is surrounded by all types of shops, cinema, restaurants, 10 minutes from the public transport station (train, bus, airport connection and University).
The rooms located on the second floor are furnished, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, both with desks and a wardrobe.
In the common areas you will find a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a bathroom shared with the other students, a living room dining room and a balcony. There is a cat in the house, other pets are not allowed, nor smoking.
Coexistence is very important, so we look for students who are respectful of schedules, polite and clean
