ARH14-R1. The apartment and the rooms are fully designed and furnished with style by our team of interior designers. We only accept medium-long stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Under no circumstances do we accept tourist stays. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager within 48 hours immediately after confirmation of the reservation a deposit of €1,500 which will be returned at the end of the contract, deducting €400 as a non-refundable service fee. The tenant must sign the contract within 48 hours immediately after payment of the deposit. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as many times as you wish. The administrative fee for each extension is €60. You can get your registration at this property.
