The room has a double bed, TV with Chromecast, internet, small balcony overlooking the street, large built-in wardrobe with large mirrors, central heating, parquet on the floor. Very bright and nice apartment. Only 1 bathroom. We are looking for a serious girl and smokers, pets or couples are not allowed.
Payment is made in full upon entering the apartment for the entire period of the stay and a 1 month deposit is required. Additional expenses of approximately 50 euros per month. Water, internet and community fees included.
