These are the requirements to accept upon entering this room in AUGUST:
Requirement 1 - Month of Deposit
It will be the equivalent of one month's rent. This amount must be paid at the time of making the reservation and its payment will imply acceptance of all requirements.
Requirement 2 - Management expenses
This is the equivalent of 350 euros. As these contracts are governed by the regulations of the Civil Code and not the Urban Leases Law (which only legislates on complete housing rentals), the collection of fees by the real estate agency is permitted.
Requirement 3 - Current month
Corresponds to the amount corresponding to the current month and, as such, will include the housing supplies.
