Universitat Metro (line 1,2) To enter on July 1. I rent a room with an interior window, in a shared apartment with 4 rooms. The room has a single bed, a desk and a two-door closet. Minimum stay 4 months extendable and cannot be rented for less time. The price is €390 with expenses included (Water, electricity, high-speed internet). A deposit of €390 is requested to be returned. 3 boys between 27 and 33 years old live in the apartment. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS WORK OR STUDY SCHEDULES OUTSIDE THE HOME, demonstrable with (employment contract, study certificate, etc...). WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN AND TIDY. NOT COUPLES. NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL, NO PETS, NO SKATES OR BIKES.
