Description
ONLY FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS. Room in a shared flat with seven rooms, large kitchen and three bathrooms. This is a suite with a private bathroom, public transport at the door of the building and a metro stop a few metres away, to take you to the airport or the beach ;). Neighbourhood with all the services and in the centre of the city, from where you can walk to visit the city. Our flats do not have a lounge area or TV. Blasco Ibañez/Alameda/Mestalla area. Metro stop a few metres from the building. Smoking and pet ownership are not permitted. Documentation proving the studies to be carried out, provision of a guarantor/guarantor are required. We sign a contract. A one-month deposit refundable at the end of the stay and verification of actual consumption of supplies.
