It is a fairly spacious interior flat, with three bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room and a very large bathroom. A very quiet building but close to a very dynamic neighbourhood, full of small shops, bars and tapas restaurants. _It will be shared with serious and responsible people regarding order, general cleanliness and personal hygiene, non-smokers, no pets, who respect the tranquility of the flatmates and have good/educated communication. The rooms are individual. _It is currently shared with a 25-year-old working/student and calm guy, respectful of cleanliness and the spaces of each roommate. _Price: €420 with expenses and wifi included. _I attach some photos. To visit it we can meet any day in the afternoon, usually between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Some days I can adapt in the mornings. _I have a rental contract and I prefer someone who wants to stay for a while (3 months or more), the deposit will be €420.
