Description
Hello Barcelona 🙂 We are looking to rent 3 rooms in our 5-bedroom apartment starting in mid-June or early July. The prices are: 190 for a small room, 420 for a medium room and 490 for a large room. Furthermore, we must add the costs of water, electricity and cleaning, which are around 50 euros per month.
The apartment is in a beautiful modernist building with mosaic-style floors and tiles, 1 minute from Las Ramblas and Plaça Reial. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, 1 storage room with plenty of space, 1 gym room with weights and barbells, a total of 6 balconies, and a weekly cleaning of common areas by our housekeeper.
We would like to find to friendly people, preferably a little artistic, and who know how to respect noise and cleanliness rules. We are 2 young professionals, one works as CEO of his own technology startup and myself (biologist/musician)
