Hello! We are looking for 1 roommate for a room (unfurnished).
The room is approximately 12m2, very large and very bright (facing the street).
Deposit: in principle we do not ask for a deposit since the room has to be furnished.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it is located in a very quiet area (very quiet street with hardly any traffic since it is pedestrian) and well connected (only 12 minutes by metro from Pl Catalunya).
We are a boy (40) and a girl (30) workers.
We are looking for:
Mature person (from 25 years old), hard-working, tolerant of smoke, LGTBI friendly, no couples, no animals. With a sense of responsibility and committed to cleanliness.
