The room has a double bed, desk, chair, built-in wardrobe and window, in addition the house is furnished and includes a washing machine, cutlery, sheets, .. . The apartment has a respectful, friendly and clean environment.
Apartment 5-10 minutes from Metro L3 (Vallcarca and Lesseps) and bus H6, 24, 22, 27, D40, V17 and 87 among others.
The price is €550 per month plus expenses, these are approximately €40 per month. When entering the apartment you must pay a deposit of €700 (then if there are no damages it will be returned in full).
