Single room.
Exterior, bright and quiet, like the rest of the apartment. It consists of a wardrobe, a bed with drawers underneath and a work table. You can use the common areas: dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We live with 2 people, Conxita and Pepe. Very nice, cozy and quiet space. Respectful and warm environment. We have an electric piano in case there is a music student who may be interested. On the roof there are views and it is a place to sunbathe, hang out...Near the Guinardó Park and the Font d'en Fargues. The economic conditions are the current month's rent and one month's deposit. As there is no intermediary, the 400 euros of management are not requested.
We are 50 years old and we have thought about a student, we think they could find a good fit, but we are open to other proposals.
The minimum stay is 2 months, but We would like it for the entire course or whatever you need. Everything can be discussed without any type of commitment. 40 euros of expenses
