Description
I rent a furnished room (canapé + single mattress, two pieces of furniture to store clothes and a large closet) to a student or responsible young person.
The house has a kitchen, bathroom, equipped and furnished living room and another single room designed for study or work. It is located in a quiet area of the city located next to the area where many local buses park with connections to Madrid capital. Some of them communicate with the university of Fuenlabrada or with the central train station and the metro.
It is rented for 350 euros + apart from electricity, gas and WIFI costs that would be divided in half (if you have any questions, I can give you exact information about the approximate bills).
I would live with the owner of the house, a young and responsible guy who is hard-working and opposed.
