If you are looking for an apartment in Cartagena to live in from July 2023 and you would like to live alone but you are not willing to pay rent for yourself, I offer you an intermediate solution:
You will have your room (for one person) and a bathroom in exclusive for you in a 76m2 apartment built in 2009 and you will be able to use the common areas.
In addition, you will share the apartment with me (I will have another room and another bathroom) but I will only be in the apartment a few days a month (since I live and I work outside), so the rest of the month you will live alone.
You will pay €350 for rent plus butane and half of the water and electricity costs. I assume the community and internet fee.
You will not be able to smoke in the house, have pets or organize parties. Nor re-rent.
Stable employment contract is requested from the signatory of the contract and a month and a half deposit.
Maximum stay of 1 year (extendable if agreed upon for up to two more years), minimum of 1 month.
