** ROOM TO ENTER IN JULY**
These are the requirements to accept upon entering this room in July:
Requirement 1 - Month of Deposit
This will be the equivalent of one month's rent. This amount must be paid at the time of making the reservation and its payment will imply acceptance of all requirements.
Requirement 2 - Management expenses
This is the equivalent of 250 euros for double rooms, and €250 for single rooms. As these contracts are governed by the regulations of the Civil Code and not the Urban Leasing Law (which only legislates on complete housing rentals), the collection of fees by the real estate agency is permitted.
Requirement 3 - Current month
Corresponds to the amount corresponding to the current month and, as such, will include the housing supplies.
In the event that the contract is made on the 1st of the month, the full monthly payment will be paid, if entered on later days the corresponding proportional days will be paid.
