The apartment has about 75m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms (single room available), kitchen, bathroom and 2 terraces, which makes the apartment totally bright.
I am looking for a woman to share with who is very respectful, loves nature (because I have many little plants that need love), do not smoke and be quiet (parties or late noise are not allowed since there are many elderly people on the property who need peace of mind).
