Requirement 2 - Management fees_This is the equivalent of one month's rent. As these contracts are governed by the regulations of the Civil Code and not the Urban Leasing Law (which only legislates on complete housing rentals), the collection of fees by the real estate agency is permitted.
Requirement 3 - Current month_Corresponds to the amount corresponding to the current month and, as such, will include the utilities of the home.
