Description
I rent a room ONLY GIRLS who are students or who are in Barcelona for a while. There is no contract or registration. Not couples, not entire families. ONLY ONE PERSON.
You can choose a smaller room with a large closet, but without a bed base (only the mattress and bed base are the responsibility of the person renting). Or a larger room with a bed, study table, dresser with six drawers, and clothes hanger (without a closet).
The deposit is returned if at least one full month of stay in the apartment has been completed.
If the person leaves before the month, the deposit is not returned, nor the rest of the month that you have paid. Now there is no washing machine, it is bought with the deposit. That is why you need to be a serious, clean, respectful person, and if possible, not have to use the kitchen too much. READ THE CONDITIONS. I repeat NO BOYS or couples.
