It is a very quiet, comfortable room with a very good atmosphere, in the heart of Granada, on the street parallel to San Antón, 5 minutes from the Palacio de Congresos bus station and the Mercadona supermarket and other supermarkets such as Carrefour, Coviran... There are also many small businesses near the area, cafes, gyms and shops.
All the rooms in the apartment have their own bathroom, windows, furniture suitable for students, and a television outlet inside the room. The kitchen-living room would be the only areas in common with the rest of the roommates and are equipped with all the relevant utensils for both the kitchen and the living room.
The room is 250 euros per month which includes the costs of natural gas, water and wifi, THE ELECTRICITY BILL IS NOT INCLUDED, the electricity bill arrives every month, but it is not usually very high, and it is divided among the rest of the roommates of floor. We are looking for responsible, clean and orderly people.
