The room has an individual lock and key, built-in wardrobes and a 105 cm wide single mattress. Window to the outside. Fully furnished and equipped with bed linen._High quality apartment of 104 m² of surface, with a private access area to the entrance hall, elevator, centralized hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped large kitchen. _The entire apartment in its entirety is shared by only two people, only two rooms are rented in this apartment, one person per room. _No smokers. _Pets are not allowed.
