I am a student who is leaving the flat in January. There are 2 other students living there, students from the UPC, and when I leave they will need a new flatmate. We are less than a minute's walk from the UPC, right in front of it. The apartment is 3 years old and is new. It has common areas such as a gym, parking, library, and a living room with TV.
