The flat is in Abrera, it is 105 m2, the block is only a few years old... Your room is approximately 8 m2 and is furnished, nothing is missing, you will have your own individual bathroom all to yourself.
We would share another room of the same size that has sports machines and a wardrobe/dressing room. The shared kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge...)
In short, nothing is missing in the flat, it is very good. I am looking for a serious and responsible person, who wants to have their own space and be quiet, who has a stable job, and if possible is not a smoker. I am interested in someone who has a stable job during the day.
