The price for a long stay (more than 12 months) is €620/month, which includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, internet, maintenance, etc.), household items (toilet paper, kitchen paper, oven paper, plastic wrap, garbage bags, rags, dishcloths, etc.), and cleaning of common areas twice a week.
Every 2-3 rooms share a bathroom. Every 3 rooms share a refrigerator with freezer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you may need (oven, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and iron.
