A very large room is available in a shared flat in the centre, 12 minutes walk from UVic University.
The bed is double (135cm). The room has a large desk, desk lamp, office chair, wardrobe, bedside table, sofa, TV, individual thermostat for heating and air conditioning.
The price for a long stay (more than 12 months) is €620/month, with all expenses (water, electricity, gas, internet, maintenance...), household materials (toilet paper, kitchen paper, oven paper, film, rubbish bags, rags, dishcloths...) and CLEANING OF COMMON AREAS TWICE A WEEK, INCLUDED.
Every 2-3 rooms share a bathroom. Every 3 rooms share a fridge with freezer.
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you may need (oven, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, glasses...), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and iron.
