The room will be available only from 10/01/25 to 31/03/25.
My apartment is located in the center of Barcelona, close to La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, Barrio Gótico, La Catedral, Montjuic, Filmoteca, etc. Well-kept building with elevator.
The atmosphere of the house is good, healthy, calm and safe.
I rent 1 large, comfortable and sunny room to a tidy, clean, responsible person, without bad habits. Couples are not accepted.
Price for 1 person: 650 euros/month expenses included.
Price for 2 people: 800 euros/month expenses included.
The room has a double bed (135x190), a built-in wardrobe, small tables (one for the computer), several shelves. It is very quiet and bright.
There are 3 rooms in total in the apartment. I live in one of them with my 2 cats, they are calm and affectionate. I am an easy person to get along with. Cleanliness and order are important to me, as well as respecting other people's space. I am looking for companions with the same characteristics.
