I rent a room in a shared flat in Fuente del Maestre, the flat is on the ground floor, on Calle Los Santos, I rent it only for the season, one year maximum, I rent it shared with me, I would only come to the flat two or three times a year, because I live outside Barcelona and I like to come to the village to my house, so the tenant will be practically alone almost all the time, one of the rooms in the flat will be closed because it will be for me when I come. I want a clean and responsible person, only for one person and without a pet. The flat is very well located, in the centre of the village, very close to everywhere. I rent it for €230 per month, with expenses NOT included.
