Quiet, clean, respectful men are REQUIRED, no slamming doors, no talking loudly during their calls. Silence after 10:00 p.m.
*No alcoholics. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. No washing machine
AVOID us calling you to attention to OBEY THE RULES, or we can also CALL THE POLICE. We will complain to your wife and your BOSS. The €200 deposit will not be returned.
