Common areas: living room, kitchen (equipped with microwave, oven, coffee maker and gas stove), clothesline and bathroom (all well ventilated with windows). Furnished room: 1 single bed, 1 nightstand, 1 large wardrobe with 2 doors, 1 mirror and 1 large table and a large window overlooking the interior patio. If you like the beach and going out, perfect for you! Alcaravaneras beach is 5 minutes away. Las Canteras beach is 15 minutes away. Bus stops are 5 minutes away, supermarkets, Central Market, Mesa and López all are 10 minutes away. Price: € 360 per month. Deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent. Bills € 20 extra (internet / optic fiber, water, gas and electricity). Subject to availability; €140 per week / €20 per day.
