I rent a room in a shared apartment, close to the University of Cantabria, and next to Cesine. With cleaning service included in the common areas (once a week).
Room with a single bed, study table, bookshelf and wardrobe. It is rented without bed linen.
For the academic season September 2024-15 June 2025
A deposit of 260eur is required
Provision of funds of 100eur for a complete deep cleaning at the end of the rental in June.
Gas, electricity and water costs are not included, to be shared.
