We rented a room in a large and bright apartment to an orderly, responsible, clean and non-smoking student
The apartment is well located and connected to go to the city center (walking) and to go to the Universities (UPV, (UV (Tarongers, Blasco Ibáñez ))) and to Malvarrosa beach with tram. It is fully furnished and well equipped.
It has two bathrooms. There are supermarkets, shops and bars within a two-minute walk. The apartment is large (150 m2).
The apartment has 4 rooms in total. To the rent of the room (350 euros/month) we must add the costs of electricity, water and internet that are shared with the rest of the roommates.
