RH27-R3. The apartment and rooms are fully designed and furnished with style by our team of interior designers. We only accept medium-long stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Under no circumstances do we accept tourist stays. The tenant must pay directly to the property manager, no later than 48 hours after confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of €1,500 which will be returned at the end of the contract, deducting €400 for non-refundable service charges. The tenant must sign the contract no later than 48 hours immediately after payment of the deposit. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as many times as desired. Each extension has an administrative cost of €60. You can obtain your "registration" at this property.
