The price includes: water and internet. Electricity and gas are not included in the price; they are separate and are divided between the people living there. It is fully furnished and very well connected to the university, city center and beach by train. The area has many shops and supermarkets. New bathroom and kitchen. 15 minutes from the main avenue, bus stop no. 11 that takes you to Spanish courses in El Palo. No pets. No smoking. No couples. It is for students and Erasmus, summer courses. For Spanish students, good communication with El Palo. A deposit of €150 is required (refundable upon termination of contract).
